The Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA) is Africa’s premier dispute resolution institution, delivering world-class and effective dispute resolution services. LCA invites all distinguished members to submit Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) related articles, for publication in the 2023 edition of its Newsletter.
The LCA Newsletter is a peer-reviewed journal with a broad and diverse readership of ADR practitioners, tutors, scholars, and advocates from around the world. The LCA Newsletter is committed to bringing together insightful articles, in-depth interviews, and multi-media digital presentations that inform and engage a variety of readers. This provides an excellent opportunity for members to publish their articles and contribute to knowledge exchange in the ADR community.
Article Requirements
Articles for publication in the LCA Newsletter should meet the following guidelines for selection;
Any article for publication must be the original work of the author submitting the article.
The article should address contemporary or topical issues in the field of ADR.
Articles should contain between 1,000 words to 1,500 words.
Articles must be written in the English language.
Articles must be written in Font 12, Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing.
References in the body of the article should be contained as hyperlinks. Footnotes or endnotes are not allowed in the articles.
Submission Guidelines
All articles for publication should be submitted by 1 December 2023 in .doc or .docx format, to the Editor-in-Chief, Oluwaseun Oloruntimehin: editor@lca.org.ng or the In-House Counsel: Ogechukwu Beluonwu-ogbo: o.beluonwu-ogbo@lca.org.ng.
All submissions will be acknowledged by return email within 48 hours.
Selection
All articles submitted for publication will be reviewed by the Newsletter Review Committee of the LCA. Authors of selected articles will be notified by email.
